The advanced fellowship builds on the core programme. Covers specialist advanced practice pathways, clinical leadership, research and service development for AHPs with 3+ years of experience.
Eligibility
AHP with 3+ years registered practice. Core fellowship preferred.
What You'll Learn
Perform advanced AHP-specific clinical assessments using validated outcome measures and clinical tools
Develop and implement specialist clinical protocols in your chosen pathway (MSK/Neuro/Cardiorespiratory/Paeds)
Lead AHP teams, supervise junior practitioners and manage caseloads at advanced practice level
Design, conduct and critically evaluate service improvement projects and clinical audits
Apply AHP prescribing principles and understand the legal frameworks for AHP non-medical prescribing
Plan and deliver clinical education and supervision using established pedagogical frameworks
