We collect: Account information (name, email, password hash). Usage data (pages visited, features used, time spent). Assessment data (quiz responses, scores, performance history). Payment information (processed securely by Razorpay — we do not store card details). Device and browser information for technical optimisation.

We use your data to: Provide and improve the platform. Personalise your study experience and adaptive quizzes. Send service notifications and optional study reminders. Process payments and manage subscriptions. Respond to support enquiries. Comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: Payment processors (Razorpay) for billing. Email service providers for transactional communications. Analytics tools for platform improvement (anonymised/aggregated). We require all third parties to respect data security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Usage analytics are retained in anonymised form.
