Metformin in CKD — what is the current Indian guideline on eGFR cutoffs?

The API (Association of Physicians of India) guidelines and recent RSSDI diabetes guidelines — can metformin be used at eGFR 30–45? My understanding is review at <45 and stop at <30 but a colleague mentioned the threshold changed. Anyone have the current reference?

I am targeting NEET-SS GI. Sleisenger is the reference but it is too detailed for exam preparation. What are people using for focused NEET-SS GI preparation — any Indian question banks that match the difficulty level?

FMGEIndia Exams

FMGE — is there a dedicated PSM/Community Medicine resource for foreign graduates?

The FMGE PSM questions are based on Indian national health programmes, NIS vaccination schedule, and Indian biostatistics data. Our foreign university curriculum barely covered these. What is the right resource to bridge this gap?
